Fantastic Four: Rise Of The Silver Surfer - The first one sucked. The acting was awful, the story was stupid and no one seemed to be taking it seriously. Oh, and it came out right at the same time as all those brilliant X-Men, Spider-man, Batman and Superman movies, so that only made it worse. The story in this movie is a VAST improvement over the origin story and might even be the best story in Marvel Comics history. I will see this movie, but I doubt it will be a "great" movie, by any stretch.
VERDICT - See it.
DOA: Dead Or Alive - Now playing at a theater, umm, nowhere near most people. This long-delayed pile of crap is being snuck into theaters this week and then quickly pulled for a release on DVD where it's easier to convince people to pay a smaller amount to see it in a more *ahem* private viewing area.
VERDICT - Skip it.
Nancy Drew - Not for me. Could be good, but this is clearly not something I'd want to see.
